Can I list vacant land, commercial property, and/or income property?
You can list ANY type of real estate you would like, as long as it resides in the state of Wisconsin. The real estate listing form will prompt you for real estate criteria, simply check all that apply. To get started click here!
How do I add photos/floorplans/video tours?
You can do this by emailing us these materials at media@realestaterodger.com. After you have submitted your WI home listing form, you are automatically prompted to email us these materials, FROM THE EMAIL ADDRESS YOU USED IN YOUR LISTING FORM. Because of the fact that we allow an unlimited amount of images and floorplans, email is the best bet to ensure we receive everything you have to submit.
How do I edit my WI Real Estate listing?
You may click here to fill out a support ticket. PLEASE USE THE ACCOUNT OWNERS NAME YOU GAVE ON YOUR LISTING FORM, when filling out the support ticket.
I have submitted my listing, but do not see it listed on RealEstateRodger.com?
Please keep in mind that it typically takes up to 24 hours from the time you submit your listing before the site will update, and your listing will appear (sometimes it can take longer). At RealEstateRodger.com, we personally screen ALL listings before they are uploaded onto the site, to ensure a SPAM FREE, useful site for our users (and this takes sometime). If it has been over 48 hours since you have submitted your listing form, and you still do not see it on the site, please fill out a support ticket by clicking here, and a member of our staff will work with you to get the issues resolved quickly.
My WI Real Estate has sold?
Simply click here to fill out a removal ticket. PLEASE USE THE ACCOUNT OWNERS NAME YOU GAVE ON YOUR LISTING FORM. Because we work hard to keep this site useful and low cost, we ask that if you have sold your house through any help from RealEstateRodger.com, that you also provide us with a testimonial, we really appreciate it.
How Do I Make My Current Listing A "Featured Listing" ?
After the submission of your WI Home For Sale Listing Form, you are prompted to up grade to a Featured Listing for a small one time fee. If you opted out of the up grade at that time, you may still up grade your listing to a Featured Listing for a one time fee of $49 until it sells!
